All Erreà’s products have a common denominator, the quality and durability of the threads. To this, we may add wearability, original garment design and continuous improvement. Erreà controls every phase of the production process, starting from the selection of the raw materials. In fact, threads and colours must pass the most rigorous European health standards.
The weight of the cloth per square metre is scrupulously checked, and the colours are assessed using a special light cabin that carries the Marks&Spencer certification. Once the threads have met the strict quality standards, they are stored in special warehouses.

The traditional cloth cutting system has been replaced by a new sophisticated computerised system that ensures the highest precision even on small batches. From here, we move on to the graphic heat transfer, through which the garments take on their definitive appearance. Finally, in the manufacturing line, the different elements making up the garment are assembled and the product is ready to be worn.
Erreà combines technology and tradition. In fact, the final phases of the production process are still done by hand. The final result is amazing: the combination of technical fabrics and attractive lines with comfort and durability offers characteristics essential for sporting activity at any level.
